The Declaration of Arbroath was believed to be written in Arbroath Abbey by the Chancellor of Scotland at the time, Bernard of Kilwinning

It offered peace between Scotland and England, but only if the Pope supported Scotland as an independent country, and Robert the Bruce as the king. In return, the Pope would get support from the Scots during the crusades.

This wooden laser etched design is framed in a 25cmx25cm shadow box frame.
